Long, Long Time. . .No See

So, so sorry I have not updated the blog in a long, long time. Our family has been very busy and it seems we are just now settling into a normal life again. As many of you know, we have moved. Although we still have boxes sitting around and Hank's room remains a lovely shade of pink - I can see the light!!! We love our new home and I will be sure to post pics as soon as it looks presentable. In the mean time, I thought I would catch you up with a recent video of Hank. Although small in stature, he continues to grow in amazing ways. He keeps his mommy and daddy smiling all the time (well, almost of the time).

Enjoy!

Happy Turkey Day!

We have so many things to be thankful for this year, one being our wonderful family. Hank had a great day playing with his cousins Stephanie and Patrick, but as you can tell soon after everyone left our house he fell fast asleep. He didn't even make it to bed. You know they say turkey makes you sleepy!

Two Tired Boys!

I just ran across these pictures and I think they are so cute. Wes had just returned from a long trip in Asia and it was time for Hank to take a nap, so he climbed up on the couch with Wes and fell asleep. I love that Hank sleeps with his tractors!

Hankenstein

Happy Halloween from Hankenstein! Unfortunately, I'm afraid Hank is going to be like his daddy. . .not a big fan of dressing up for Halloween. We had to force the costume on him, and if I heard, "I don't yike it" once, I heard it a thousand times. Things got a little better when he realized he could get candy from neighbors if he was dressed up. He was really happy when he got home and the costume came off!

Brak Obami!

You know it is time for the election to be over when your 2 year old knows the names of the candidates. While watching coverage of Obama this evening, Hank walks over to the television and says, "Yook, Brak Obami!" We were shocked. This was completely on his own. I'm still working on teaching him his colors, not the candidates. Wes and I have already cast our vote, we hope you make it to the polls as well -whether voting for "Obami or Cain."

Enjoy the videos of our little politician!
